To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初一,和親友來這裡吃飯團拜,當晚座無虛席,人頭湧湧,舉杯暢飲慶祝聲此起彼落,十分熱鬧🎉由於我們不是熟客,伙記也沒有主動過來取利是🧧,忙到甩轆但全部服務態度良好有耐性,值得一讚鹵水鵝掌翼,底層豆腐幼滑入晒味,但是味道略為太咸炸鹽水豆腐,非常乾身又唔會太硬,外脆內軟,可以一試半煎煮咸牙帶,味道不過不失川椒雞球,這個不行,雞非常「鞋」,而且太乾,我只吃了一塊 鴛鴦水晶包,我的最愛,豆沙和奶黃餡料都非常幼滑,水晶皮煙韌有彈性,不愧為我最愛的甜品,我一個人吃了三粒這裡食物款式衆多,如果再來,會試試其他菜式,希望屆時味道會有所改善😊
