To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前和朋友吃牛角buffet,回家與父母分享,他們好像都很想試試,但母親食量不大,如果任食好像不太化算,最後決定來單點的牛角餐廳😆年初四下午兩點到達,以為不是紅日不用等位,怎料都等了接近40分鐘🥲入座雖然不是任食但也有限時(但忘記了是90/120分鐘🥲但單點來說時間很足夠的~)午市定食全部都跟田園沙律﹑昆布湯和飲品🍹我們一行三人點了以下:· 燒肉定食(牛舌4片&雞腿肉4片)這是自由組合的套餐,價錢會按你選的食材變動👍🏼自由度頗大~套餐跟的是白飯,如果要牛角飯等就要額外加錢。另外叫了兩份牛角極上四品燒肉盛合套餐,這個套餐牛角飯是免費無限追加,而另一份我們加$11跟了香蔥溫泉玉子飯,同樣是免費無限追加的,非常適合飯桶😂美國SRF安格斯和牛牛板腱,上桌是有兩片的(圖中是已吃了一片🤣),略嫌搭配的蘿蔔蓉柚子醋偏鹹一點,而且牛肉偏薄,滿足不了愛啖啖肉的爸爸🥲另外也單點了王樣!腹胸肉(蒜香味噌醬) ($95)及香蔥牛舌(6片) ($79),兩樣都是每次必點的🥰套餐加$12便可以獲得牛角雪糕-抺茶味一客,抹茶味香濃,與黃豆粉和黑糖漿配合得十分合宜😍😍份量亦不少呢~最後三人吃得飽飽也不過$800,如果
