皮蛋酸薑 皮蛋超香滑,原來個酸薑一啲都唔辣又唔酸㗎喎!杏汁白肺湯有好多白肺湯渣,杏仁味濃,好入味!冰鎮鮑魚夠大隻,口感軟腍,我覺得已經夠入味,就算唔點甜酸芥末汁都已經好OK麥皮黃金蝦唔係普通嘅黃金蝦,喺外層再加好多麥皮,食落唔會好油,脆脆嘅麥皮比健康麥皮更滋味,第一次咁鍾意食麥皮!連蝦頭入面都有好多膏煎金蠔外層加咗蜜糖煎至金黃色,好靚!蠔下面就放咗金絲蜜糖嘅蓮藕,脆脆甜甜豉油雞肉質滑溜同埋好有玫瑰露酒味,一定要叫碗飯嚟撈汁,唔好浪費!!!菜煲加咗麵醬及蒜頭爆香嘅一大煲菜,口感好爽脆,加埋麵醬及蒜頭一齊食,超級惹味!蛋白杏仁茶湯丸配桂花糕本身就咁食蛋白杏仁茶,不過既然係年宵,所以一定要加返兩粒湯丸先正確;桂花糕清甜而且桂花量夠多,非常滿足
