年尾特別想對自己好啲，加上好多鋪頭都做緊優惠，去銅鑼灣血拼🛍️再食埋omakase，就滿足哂😃本身諗住食午市omakase，有6折優惠‼️但原來仲有一個lunch set menu，11貫壽司+手卷，都只係$498❤️先嚟前菜及沙律，🥗呢個豆腐沙律好好食，豆香好出色~~🍣墨魚壽司好Q彈柔軟，厚薄好適中🍣間八壽司肉質比較緊實，入口肥而不膩，不過略嫌無咩甘香！🍣真鯛壽司上面鋪了烏魚籽，魚質有彈性，味道清新甘甜，配上烏魚籽，多左份咸香，令味道更有層次😋🍣粒貝質感好爽，又夠鮮甜，超鍾意食貝類刺身❤️🍣炭燒劍魚腩好肥美😍經過炭燒後，魚油香非常豐富，入口好嫩滑鮮甜，非常出色😋🍣右口魚裙邊油香勁豐富，入口有啲油膩，個人都係比較鍾意左口魚，油脂香會比較平衡！🍣北海道海膽，師傅毫不吝嗇❤️海膽好厚呀，入口好melty，加上濃濃嘅甘甜鮮味，好滿足🍣炭燒拖羅筋真係勁好食🤩原來每條吞拿魚只得1條，非常珍貴‼️魚油甘香甜美，入口即化，真係好想再食🤤再食埋茶碗蒸蛋、海鮮麵豉湯、豆腐雪糕作結👍🏻
