To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路過「稻香」看見亞姐忙碌地整理工作,將年糕與蘿蔔糕放入保温禮袋,也不忘向經過的客人推銷,我被吸引停下腳步看看,$88一套,我決定幫趁一套。回家就急不及待煎年糕,年糕質地較軟滑,尚算容易煎,煎年糕時候,椰香飄揚,看看成份內容,原來是有加入椰子粉,煎年糕我喜歡加蛋漿煎,多一份蛋香,年糕軟綿,甜而不膩。煎年糕了!看看蘿蔔糕成份內容有臘腸、蝦米,但我買的蘿蔔糕却祇有蝦米,煎香的蘿蔔糕我喜歡添加胡椒粉來吃,蘿蔔糕成份內容有雞粉,但蘿蔔糕的雞粉味太重,料少味重,感覺太假了!
