四月二十二日 (星期二)東來順也不知來了多少遍,其水準之穏定是我們經常前來的原因早前得悉總廚施超群師博新上任,是晚就來見見面,順道一試其手藝 先試凍吃的茶香雞(金駿眉)這茶香雞,其實是總廚在其剛推出的「養生茶菜」中的其中一款提起採於武夷山高原的金駿眉,好茶者也知這是紅茶中數一數二的佳品做法也跟大家吃慣的花雕雞差不多,只是雞件會再浸泡於金駿眉茶之中除了帶着花雕酒香,又會隠約透出一陣紅茶香氣接着的小吃是水晶羊肉有別於一般凍肉,這水晶羊肉入口來得較鬆軟帶點輕盈肉香,最後便是羊的羶香麻香小象拔也帶給我們一點驚喜薄切的象拔蚌刺身爽口非常,鮮甜味美帶着少許麻辣,更添味道層次也不要錯過鋪底的粉皮碎,煙韌好吃頭盤的最後一款是龍井煙燻蛋呈流芯狀的鴨蛋,入口充滿茶香金黃色的賣相,蛋味香濃吃過前菜,便是湯羮,是文思豆腐羮從來也是考刀功的一碗湯羹豆腐切得幼如絲,卻又不會斷裂在清香的湯中加入火鴨絲,帶一點咸香,味道層次更豐富接着來的,是這晚的高潮位看着碟中央的白鶴,大家便知鶴湖蟹影來喇!這道榮獲美食之最大賞至高榮譽金奬的名菜,是百吃不厭的每次來到,也總要吃一回才肯罷休脆口鍋巴上是幾乎多得會傾瀉的鮮蟹肉和龍蝦肉,

這道榮獲美食之最大賞至高榮譽金奬的名菜,是百吃不厭的
每次來到,也總要吃一回才肯罷休
脆口鍋巴上是幾乎多得會傾瀉的鮮蟹肉和龍蝦肉,既有軟腍又富爽口感
加上金黃的咸蛋黃,又要高呼一聲: 膽固醇萬歲!!!
伴碟的蟹樣啫喱是細心位,也千萬不要錯過
是用黑糖和薑做成的啫喱,好讓大家清一清味蕾
