To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概是出於對海洋的偏愛,歐洲多國中除了希臘小島,也很想到訪葡萄牙及西班牙,而後兩者的美食也比希臘更加吸引!本週就有幸再訪 Casa Lisboa,品嚐新推出的葡萄牙冬季狩獵菜式,過一個幸福飽足的暖冬~位於中環巴力大廈的 Casa Lisboa,是少數同時供應正宗傳統葡萄牙菜式,以及「新派葡菜」的餐廳,更難得是每款菜式都很有水準,因此大受食客歡迎,想來品嚐訂位是絕對有必要的。抵達後先以 Pao,葡文中的麵包之意開一開胃;很喜歡店方提供的吞拿魚醬,百吃不厭;配上牛油則是另一番香滑滋味,再加上可口的橄欖粒,開胃一流!冬季菜式很快上檯,首先是 橄欖油炒蛋配葡萄牙紅蝦菇菌 $210。菜式是由傳統葡菜薯絲馬介休 bacalhau à brás 變奏而來:大廚以葡萄牙紅蝦代替馬介休、菇菌來代替薯絲,並以鴨蛋取代雞蛋,炒成這蛋香、菌香及蝦鮮交匯、色香味俱全之作,超好吃的!美食當前,也忍不住點了美酒配襯;這裡的 Sangria 從來都是個人心水,這天也重溫了一杯;但原來另一款用上 White Port 調製的 Cocktail 也獲友人好評,下次要來一試。接著的 獵人鷓鴣批 $190 也很精彩:大廚將鷓

接著的 獵人鷓鴣批 $190 也很精彩:大廚將鷓鴣與菇菌一起焗煮後,再把鷓鴣肉從骨腔中撕出,並用鷓鴣骨以慢火熬製成醬汁,並放置在自家製金黃色酥皮內焗香,相當誘人;享用時記得沾上松露沙巴翁醬,會為批身帶來陣陣松露香氣,口味頓時昇華,筆時也好想念!

驚喜陸續來,鵝肝半熟蛋白汁薯泥 $170 又是另一道充滿創意又美味的新菜式。香煎鵝肝以及長得像 burrata 芝士的半熟蛋,從來都是我所愛,這裡加上香滑細膩的薯蓉、以牛骨湯、黑松露和 solera 酒煮成的 Solera Périgord 傳統醬汁,口味豐富迷人,一碟過後還意猶未盡啊!

大廚早已獵走我的心,但接著的 葡萄牙獵人鴨飯 $310 同時也填飽我的胃:大廚特別由歐洲當地引入野鴨,鴨胸肉簡單香煎,鴨腿肉部分煮成鴨湯用來煮飯,部分則加洋蔥和葡萄牙砵酒煮至入味,再混入米飯中焗香,所以每一口都是濃濃的鴨味,配上摩利菌更添美味!

溫暖飽足的一頓,最後以甜蜜的兩款甜品作結;其中特別喜歡黃色這款米布甸甜品,香甜不膩,配上無花果及雪糕更加美味!果然不愧是中環區最愛餐廳之一,這間離港前一定要約老公再吃啊~
