To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同友人一行四人食生日飯,以前成日一齊去新加坡出business trip,而家無得飛,唯有喺香港搵搵有無記憶中嘅味道。行入餐廳,裝修唔錯,門口係卡位枱,幾decent。點知行到入面就好似街市咁嘈⋯唔知係因為啲枱太迫定咩原因,嘈到根本無辦法講到嘢🙁由於同枱有兩友朋友唔食蟹,所以今次馳名chilli crab同胡椒蟹都唔緣喇⋯ 不過目測隔離枱叫嗰隻蟹都相當大隻,$488呢個價錢都非常合理!(街市買呢個size嘅蟹都要二百幾😎)結果我哋四個人叫咗麥皮蝦,南乳單骨雞翼,炒芥蘭,海南雞半隻,龍蝦炒叻沙同埋一枝moscato。全部都非常出色,尤其係個麥皮蝦,雖然佢唔係新加坡嗰種嘅做法,不過佢都有做到個奶油香同埋隻蝦都好大好彈牙👍🏻炒芥蘭係少辣嘅,不過又幾過癮。不嬲嫌芥蘭苦嘅我,都食咗好多。不過overall個portion都係偏細,如果係男子漢嚟食呢個份量應該唔夠!最尾因為要有生日驚喜,所以有叫到兩個甜品。一個係椰子flavour 拼盆,唔算好驚喜,不過鍾意椰子嘅都可以一試。另外就係個燕窩椰皇,真心好味!絕對可以再encore 🤤🤤🤤Overall 係一間有水準嘅餐廳,如果唔熱坐出outdoor
