朋友係荔枝角呢邊放工,久違約左幾個老死聚聚,貪呢度環境幽靜,可以靜靜地嘆住中菜傾下計,可以慢慢食,坐耐d 都唔會有壓力。頭盤叫左個個金甲炸魚皮,熱辣辣又脆,咸蛋咁香。川味口水竹絲雞,有d 肉凍feel 嘅口水雞,口感特別,配麻辣嘅口水汁好惹味,用竹絲雞咪好補身囉,正呀!桂花蜜燒去骨鴨腳包,鴨皮包住芋頭,鴨肉等配料蜜燒,鴨皮脆脆地帶鴨脂香味,層次感出,愈食愈滋味。金沙蝦球,用左好大隻嘅大蝦,個皮好香脆,帶咸蛋香,香口菜首選。脆香豆酥蒸銀鱈魚球,鱈魚好滑好香,下面係白滑上湯蒸蛋白,配上炸蒜同川辣汁,水準超卓,必食之選。黑松露和牛砂鍋飯,黑松露味濃,熱鍋做出微微飯焦嘅效果又可以保温,和牛肉質嫩滑帶少少爽口彈牙,食得出高質和牛嘅水準 份量十足,6個人都夠分。甜點叫左懷舊芝麻卷,無論黎飲茶定晚飯,差唔多每次都一定會叫,因為出面已經好難食到呢個水準,芝麻味好濃,質感好滑,香甜味道較得剛剛好。整體黎講,想要寧靜高質嘅中菜館一定會再返黎幫襯。
