To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到多數啲人都會叫關西燒架啦,今次就叫左個大蝦關西燒 ($98),好多醬好夠餡,好大隻蝦🦐醬油加埋沙律醬都係一如既往咁好食😋又有椰菜,夠晒滋味!而牛肉石頭燒飯 ($98) 一上枱就由店員幫手搞勻,不過個飯比較油,又唔係好夠味,要落七味粉同豉油先得🥴唔太推薦食呢個最後叫左個蟹肉牛油果卷 ($98),平時卷物有啲好大舊或者一夾啲餡就跌晒出黎,呢個一口卷物放入口啱啱好,唔會夾起就散晒一啖可以食到蟹肉、牛油果🥑同沙律醬,精緻得黎又清新。
