To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9月嘅最後一日，幾個9月嘅壽星難得約到，要再慶祝多次🤭，住觀塘嘅朋友就話“一杯鐵板燒居酒屋”環境好，野食都唔錯，有人諗埋就出發la✌️⭐一娘純米吟釀慶祝生日咁開心，梗係開返支酒la，見經理咁好service，就膽粗粗問下有咩酒介紹，想飲支細嘅酒，經理就介紹左兩支配濃味嘅秋刀魚都啱嘅酒，一娘：甜身d；善之水：辛口d，最後就揀左一娘，好易入口，同成餐飯嘅野食都好夾👍⭐秋刀魚刺身又到一年一度秋刀魚當造嘅時候，就梗係要食la，嘩。。。好鮮甜，好好食😋，好少可秋刀魚唔跟酸汁，話因為新鮮，點少少豉油就已經足夠，又真喎👍⭐特刺身盛合一落枱嘅擺盤就已好靚，入面有鮑魚、帶子、牡丹蝦、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚，d刺身好新鮮，好食😋⭐鐵板油甘魚兩大塊油甘魚，見到個份量就已經覺得好抵食，仲有跟蘆筍、蕃茄、提子，油甘魚食落好滑，魚油好香，魚皮煎得好脆，好正呀😍⭐和牛薄切海膽鐵板燒每件和牛上面都有海膽嫁，仲要係北海度海膽，唔怪得咁鮮甜la🤤，和牛雖然薄，但係一大塊，好似包住左d蔥，因為太好食，唔覺意一啖食曬，再加埋牛味好香濃，淨係食到入面包住好似蔥嘅口感😂真係太好食la😋⭐鐵板燒鮑魚片入面有兩款菇、蘆筍同鮑魚一齊炒，鮑魚切
