To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間海南雞飯都幾出名，想食好耐，今日經過就試一試。雖然招牌菜係海南雞,但今晚想食得濃味啲，所以揀左「招牌大蝦喇沙」同「新加坡肉骨茶配飯」。另外跟餐加左「香脆薄餅配咖喱汁及蔬菜條」同「椰子雪糕咖央三文治」。有別於馬來西亞肉骨茶咁重藥材味同深色，新加坡肉骨茶偏白色，飲落藥材味較淡，易入口。而且有很香的胡椒辛辣味。入面更有五六件排骨，煮得夠哂入味。第一次食依款肉骨茶，都有啲驚喜。至於大蝦喇沙亦相當惹味，食落唔太辣但夠哂開胃。大蝦新鮮爽口，而豆腐卜吸收哂湯既精華同蝦既鮮味。薄餅有別於印度薄餅Naan，佢更薄更脆，加上咖喱汁就食到停唔到口。蔬菜條有青瓜同紅蘿蔔，不過唔太啱我口味。甜品揀左椰子雪糕咖央三文治，感覺就似窩夫雪糕咁，佢特別在用左咖央麵包黎夾住雪糕，甜而不膩。飲品就叫左「美祿恐龍」同「椰子冰茶」。美祿唔錯，而椰子冰茶都幾特別，甜度適中，加上濃郁既椰子奶，每啖都好似食緊椰子糖咁，不過略嫌茶味唔太夠。唔收加一，埋單兩個人人均$150左右，都算滿足既一餐。
