同朋友食個生日飯,因為就佢住得近加自己茹素就試下呢間,順便懲罰少有嘅素食黃店。地方都唔算難搵,石門站隔離就係,舖頭唔大間,好彩book定唔駛等,夠鐘都係啱啱有枱。嗌咗個海南雞飯,串燒拼盤同埋四喜烤麩餐,大概等咗10分鐘左右出齊晒,個人最驚喜始終都係雞飯,當然唔排除係茹素太耐冇食過雞飯有啲掛住。但上菜嗰陣真係好像真,雞皮係蝦餃皮質地,仲特登拮左啲窿仔睇落再似啲,雞肉就係豆製品,不過都有少少似雞胸咁嘅層次。至於佢配埋三個醬好正,好多雞飯都未必配齊,個人覺得最好食係黑醬油,其他都正常,不過中間嘅醬就唔係配泰式辣醬,係自調嘅甜酸醬。配菜有唔少沙律菜,略嫌麻醬味太濃。至於個飯就黃薑飯嚟嘅,食落薑味幾重,上面加左啲燕麥片又幾得意,不過唔太夠熱,飯就唔爛嘅,ok,食雞後飲埋湯消一消滯都幾好,香菇粟米湯幾清新。其餘兩個略略講下,烤麩個顏色都幾深色,但食落冇想像咁鹹,反而個冬菇幾淋,成件事都好索味。跟餐有埋素魚丸湯同白飯,我就覺得個丸太淋,唔係好食得出咩嚟。串燒就有沙嗲素牛串同素雞串,春卷,薯條同好似麥樂雞嘅野,其實炸芋餅嚟。牛串比較好食,雞串就比較明顯似豆製品,蕃薯條同薯條佢就俾甜酸醬,但個人覺得茄汁
