To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依個加太賀個名就聽得多,不過真係一值都未有機會去下試。依間個裝修都幾特別,包括有卡位,有BAR枱,仲有榻榻米,都幾多選擇下,環境都算唔錯,餐牌多野食揀到,見到二人餐就叫依個喇,又咩野都有得食咁樣唔錯,第一個黎既係依個燒牛肉,都唔錯嫁,牛肉味夠哂濃,燒得真係幾好,竟然個外皮真少少脆加埋佢既牛肉汁,咁樣巳經係好好味,之後就係一個野菜炒烏冬,雖然材料唔算太貴,但用既應該係稻庭鳥冬加埋好多既雜菜絲去炒,都幾好味既,之後就刺身有三文魚比可以接受,其他都只係正常,卷物,反而加洲卷有少少驚喜,份量好大,食落味道都唔錯。最後就依個什錦天婦羅,份量都算正常,不過有少少奇怪,有三隻蝦,其他都係一舊,佢依到個都係偏大,不過炸得幾有口感,唔算係唔錯
