To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在美乎接女朋友放工後,因為未想到去那裡吃晚餐就先行去美乎站再慢慢想。到達後,在美乎站側跟相隔一條馬路處看到這家燉奶佬,就決定進去吃了,地點位近地鐵站都算十分方便。我點了越式蔥油豬扒套餐,豬扒熟度與口感不錯,肉汁仍得以保留,能吃出與肉燥飯之經典配搭的滋味。蔥油新鮮不會太鹹,油量亦不會太多,用作撈飯和配豬扒吃十分美味,且飯中更好肉有藜麥。蔬菜沙律令亦十分新鮮美味,為整個豬扒肉燥飯餐的鹹味中帶來清甜,亦令整個肉類豬扒餐變得更均衡健康。
