To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 中午食得飽飽地，又想食火鍋。平時見呢間好多人，即管攞左飛先，一邊行街一邊等。入到去，其實菜式種類唔算特別多，份量亦好少，但就啱啱好。我自己試左秘傳月見壽喜湯底，竟然係甜到不得了，出黎既野食味道好特別，值得一試。又試左個鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉，骨質好滑，好嫩，配合埋只涮七秒！無錯！係七秒就啱啱好既芝士片，兩個字：「絕！」芝士融埋牛肉，夾得啱啱好，芝士奶味重，牛肉又嫩滑，試過就知有幾好食！另試左門口個大大大電視廣告既超甜生菜，又確係抵佢地賣到咁行～～個生菜竟然有「久違」左既生菜味，而且真係甜甜地既，實在食到好感動。此外，呢度店員既服務殷勤，周到，現今餐飲界黎講，算係難得。下次一定再黎「返食」！
