To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍沙拉姆咖喱屋（油麻地）突然好想吃咖喱 又要去尖沙咀那邊工作找一下附近有什麼好吃的 就去了這家店🤣一進門也有好幾台客人，還見到有人在等外賣看起來在油麻地也算是受歡迎的印度菜呢叫了我在印度菜中最愛的菜式 butter chicken,這家的牛油雞也滿好吃的 很香濃 我還加錢轉了garlic naan 也不錯吃 午餐還有餐湯 價錢在印度菜中算便宜了 還包了汽水 也可以加錢轉一些比較特色的mango lassi 等等的 職員也很有禮呢
