To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日拜完山,媽咪冇煮飯,所以就落左元氣食野.!一落到去 竟然要排隊,又話金融海嘯既.....好采等一陣就有位,不過一入到去個侍應不停介紹,有D煩我地嗌左兩個軟殼蟹手卷,炸蝦卷,三文魚,燒三文魚, 元氣卷,吞拿魚, 甜蛋同埋炖蛋個手卷d seaweed都好脆,至於炸蝦卷,雖然等得耐左小小,但都冇令我失望,係熱熱地架..呢個係我係元氣既favourite~~三文魚都ok ,個燒三文魚過得去啦,但係熱既會好d囉隔離位叫左個有pepper既三文魚,我都跟住叫左一碟得一件, 有d black pepper 喺三文魚上面, 好似塊三文魚生左黑頭不過燒得幾香口至於元氣卷同吞拿魚都不過不失啦~~甜蛋,冇咩特別炖蛋,d蛋蒸得好滑,呢個係我喺元氣既另一個favourite埋單百五蚊有找,因為媽咪有genki card

我地嗌左兩個軟殼蟹手卷,炸蝦卷,三文魚,燒三文魚, 元氣卷,吞拿魚, 甜蛋同埋炖蛋
個手卷d seaweed都好脆,
至於炸蝦卷,雖然等得耐左小小,但都冇令我失望,係熱熱地架..
呢個係我係元氣既favourite~~
三文魚都ok ,個燒三文魚過得去啦,但係熱既會好d囉
