To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有機沙律吧🤩好多唔同款式嘅菜同埋配料，菜都幾新鮮，但係加得唔夠快，有陣時要等一陣先有返。醬汁都好多款揀。有一兩款熱食，我就攞咗青醬意粉，意粉比較乾，醬唔夠稀。🥩烤牛腿扒青豆鷹嘴豆泥 五香鷹嘴豆配烤羅馬生菜牛扒煮得啱啱好，幾腍，配菜都好食，調味👍🏻🐟烤比目魚配日式高湯 白菜魚烤得幾香，又滑，配埋個高湯一流，但係冇澱粉質，唔夠飽。要去自助吧食多啲😅🍰甜品甜品都有四五款揀，有健康嘅雜果，我哋攞咗朱古力布甸🍫同埋啡色果個原來係柚子蛋糕。最後仲送兩杯香檳同埋兩杯餐飲🤩整體黎講都唔錯，食物質素幾好但係自助吧冇乜熱食揀🥺。我哋都係買咗個按摩套餐包呢個午餐，成個體驗都好正🥰。
