To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽在廣告見到鮑魚、魚翅餐很抵食, 只需要每位$218, 所以一試。我去到發現食客不多, 可能因為環境較為偏僻, 不會嘈吵, 所以坐得幾舒服。套餐包括:高湯黑松露燴翅-雖然我食不出黑松露是什麼味道,但翅的味道及濃度都很好,有水準。蠔皇鮑魚伴玉掌-這間陶源聲稱是鮑魚專門店,我不是吃慣鮑魚的,所以認為鮑汁和鮑魚都一流。築地蒲燒鰻魚-很脆,燒汁也很美味頭抽煎大虎蝦-賣相都不俗,味道也可以蟲草花泡翡翠-應該是最普通的菜式了瑞士釀鳳翼-我最愛的一道菜,雞翼皮薄但脆,咬下去裡面的糯米又軟軟地,然後咬咬下又感到有硬硬地的雞軟骨,很特別美點-好似是椰汁糕及水果,不過沒有特別蛋白杏仁茶-加$10,伙計推介,自家磨的杏仁茶,味道又真的不錯,很香的杏仁味,但又不會很甜總括而言,這裡的食物蠻算有水準,不過適逢套餐特價就更抵,好似做到5月底..
