To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

① 月見海老蚵仔魯肉飯 $73 比單一海老/蚵仔貴$10，驟眼看鄰座單點海老有5隻，雙拼只有3隻，稍微煎香的蝦仁，爽口彈牙。蚵仔份量算多，而且肥美；魯肉肥瘦味道適中，撈埋隻生雞蛋，無論味道定口感都好吃！涼菜有大豆芽，亦免費跟杯阿薩母紅茶，唔會太甜或苦澀，好喝。② 大滿足蛋餅 $48有起司，薯餅，雞排及蔬菜，切成6件的蛋餅，頭尾兩件好似無餡咁，中間四件有不同食材幾豐富，但其實唔係好食得出薯餅，不過食落都算滿足。
