季季紅已被男友仔屋企人欽點為飯堂, 好多時星期六日都會特意揸車黎食晚飯, 由於太多人關係, 我地一般都會六點多到逹. 必點乳豬. 其實食左幾次, 大致上都知道乳豬係呢度既招牌菜, 可惜每次我地只有四個人, 唔能夠一試佢既"反轉豬肚係炒飯" 但例牌乳豬都已經夠四人食用. 乳豬皮燒得非常甘香鬆脆, 上枱時仍然係熱辣辣的~! 佢地多選用乳豬仔, 因為肉質較嫩滑, 而且肥膏較少. 今次我地都試左d新野, 其中點左一款例湯, 今次係豬肺湯. 豬肺唔腥, 湯幾清甜, 應該無味精吧~另外有東瀛牛柳粒, 牛柳粒非常淋, 而且入味. 不過建議唔食wasabi的食客就唔好點了, 因為牛柳入面係完完全全滲入wasabi味道. 雖然唔係太濃味, 但如果唔食wasabi的人食落真係好難頂呢~ 之後有百花釀豆腐, 豆腐好滑, 雖然呢味餸好清, 但絕唔會無味! "獻"汁味道中規中矩. 上面的蝦肉幾爽口, 整體幾清新味美! 最後蒸了一條鱸魚, 魚好新鮮, 肉好滑, 一點都唔腥, 蒸得剛剛好. 老實講, 服務就認真麻麻, 但呢個價錢, 算幾唔錯了!
