喺新都城中心一樓盡頭,就有呢一間日本餐廳三代目,之前都行過唔少次,一路都冇時間試吓。今日夜晚就決定同朋友嚟呢度一試!餐廳裝潢都幾別緻,兩至三人的卡座呈現半圓形,有點像半開放式的獨立空間,感覺有種高級感,而且兩人坐絕對好寬敞。鮮海膽$68鮮海膽入口軟滑即溶,帶有淡淡海水鮮味,一啖入口非常滿足。佢嘅壽司飯亦都夠黏性,整得唔錯。燒一口牛 $45一口牛肉質軟腍,有些少韌勁,牛味濃郁,簡單配以鹽和黑椒,已經帶出牛肉的香氣。鹽燒牛舌丼 $108我朋友係衝着牛舌而來,所以見到呢個牛舌丼就二話不說要點了。牛舌即叫即燒,經過燒制的牛舌令到牛油更甘香,口感彈牙,食得出油脂。配上香蔥,更增添爽脆同解膩。味噌甲羅燒 $98蟹膏超級多,鋪滿整個蟹蓋,食前只需將鵪鶉蛋與蟹膏和蟹籽攪拌,佢會配埋白飯同紫菜,在紫菜上面放上白飯同蟹膏醬,每一口都食到蟹籽嘅爽脆同蟹膏嘅鮮味,好好食!海之天婦羅 $118拼盤分別有蝦,鯛魚,黑松露帶子,墨魚,紫蘇葉,我最鍾意就係佢個黑松露帶子,帶子爽彈,有黑松露香,而且整體來說,佢的炸粉非常薄,有酥脆感,唔覺得油膩。蝦天婦羅亦都好新鮮。以整個環境嚟講,我覺得性價比都唔錯。餐廳仲有唔少拉麵選
