To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去了兩天迪士尼生日之旅, 沒打算晚上再出去食飯, 沒想到還有精力想去食點好東西, 男友由我選擇,這幾天吃了不少西式食物,我便簡了這間我也想試的米芝蓮一星中菜因為是星期一, 沒有預訂,因為覺得一定有位, 但最後只有近門口的位置,其餘是Bar table, window seat 要 min charge $500,沒打算大吃所以選坐了門口那桌,但也很舒服,是一桌圓形梳化一來便奉上荼及蝦片,蝦片香脆,一點都不油膩看看餐牌,除了貴價食材的菜式,價錢都適中 , 以這種格局不算貴叫了以下菜式:1) 素鵝 - 香脆乾身不油, 味道適中2) 美極煎黑豚 - 肉質夠淋, 美極味道不會過份濃郁, 恰到好處3) 桃園三杯雞 - 味道夠,但略過熟了一點, 肉質不夠滑4) 魚湯班片西施粉 - 本人喜歡叫魚,所以特別喜歡這道菜,魚湯很鮮甜, 魚肉新鮮及米線都爽口餐廳居於isqaure 30 樓, 開揚海景加樓境, 服務不錯, 經常有人添菜,收碟,換碟, 態度良好其中一樣有趣事係,佢地既非部長識員係著深籃色間條衫為制服, 如果去食飯咁岩穿深色間條衫會幾攪笑,我個日就係咁, 我起身個時都覺得自己好似staff ..
