To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個風和日麗的下午在這裏慶生,菜是預訂好的,按時候到來,檯已安排好,菜按次序而上,有條不紊。我們先來一些都點心。主菜是花膠杏汁白肺湯,濃濃的杏汁味,雪白的豬肺花膠,喝完已感覺很滋潤,再來一個茶薰雞,雞皮脆脆的,帶著茶薰味。接下來是家鄉炆鱔,熱辣辣的端上來,未吃已聞到香氣,單尾是玉簪虎蝦配上伊面,虎蝦勁大,爽口彈牙,配著伊面吃,很切合慶生主題,開心長壽。最後是壽包,果盤,甜品,完滿了,會再來,很超值👍
