To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天朗氣清陽光普照的下午,好姊妹登六生日,當然要好好慶祝一番, 菜單由大廚發板。 頭盤是大海虎蝦鮮果沙律( 蝦彈牙鮮甜)冷盤是魚子醬茶皇蛋, 黃金腩叉, 鹵水豆腐 ( 蛋有著滿滿的茶香味)。接著是鷓鴣燕窩粥(其實不是粥)滿滿一碗都是燕窩黑松露釀蟹蓋(蟹肉一絲絲的夾著松露香氣)脆皮百花釀刺參(刺參煎得香脆夾著蝦膠一起吃)酒釀乾燒日本皇帝蟹(個蟹汁很特別,若肚餓的話配點麵或飯都很好吃)最後來一個涼拌稻庭麵, 一點也不油膩, 很清新適合夏天的尾單。整體來說肉不多,以海鮮為主,很適合不愛吃肉的我們,完完全全的大滿足,往後還會再來。
