為朋友慶祝生日,找一間吃得輕鬆點又不限時的餐廳,於是選了這間。餐廳在十九樓,環境開揚,樓底高,每一檯都擺設優雅,有一個放了一束新鮮小花的花瓶,餐具排列有序,看上去舒服。午市供應半自助餐,頭盤和甜品在自助餐檯自取,主菜有五款供選擇,跟一杯餐飲。我們到達後有侍應引領入座,之後送上餐牌和為我們的水杯添上檸檬室溫水,服務還是不錯。自取頭盤及甜品的檯內食品種類擺放有序,各式餐包、沙律、醬汁一看就見到,取用方便。雖然款式有限,但食材新鮮,精致,添加的速度也快。在各種冷盤中我喜歡泰式風味那款,內有白雪雪的蒟蒻,豆乾粒,西椒絲,酸甜味十足,吃了胃口大開。唯一的熱盤是關東煮,在西餐廳吃到一道日本大眾料理,也算特別。吃夠頭盤後,品嚐我們的主菜,主菜款式都很有創意。椎茸菇燴飯配中式燒鴨伴陳皮芝士,西式餐廳以中式燒鴨入饍都很特別。這個燴飯用白色大碟盛載,整個色調很柔和,陳皮芝士泡沬上面放了一些嫩綠的葉子和芝士片,抹開泡沬看到粒粒意大利飯均衡地分佈在碟內。飯粒是飽滿的,醬汁剛好包裹著飯粒,濕潤又不會太黏稠,做到燴飯的效果。可惜我覺得有點硬,似乎煮得不夠熟,有像吃生熟米一樣。燒鴨和椎茸菇切成粒粒,和飯混和一起,味

煙燻三文魚柳配椰子咖哩汁伴蘭度豆,一碟菜式有幾個層次,第一層是鮮嫩沙律菜,第二層煙燻三文魚柳,第三層是蘭度豆,最底層是打成泡沬的椰子咖哩汁。煙燻三文魚柳有兩件,厚身,煮得剛好,容易切開,肉質嫩滑。蘭度豆口感像吃綠豆沙的豆粒一樣,不硬有濃郁豆香味。雖然醬汁有咖哩但混合了椰汁之後,一點辣的感覺也沒有,三文魚柳醮上醬汁同吃,味道清新。

主菜後,喝杯咖啡,吃吃甜品。我於訂座時說明有朋友生日,餐龐就會為我們送上點上小蠟燭的甜品碟。生日,總要來點儀式感,這頓生日飯也算滿意。
