To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日男朋友訂左君悅酒店晚餐就唔食buffet啦，試下好出名既steakhouse，一入去要上一層lift就到，個裝修有種古堡感覺慶祝黎呢到真係一流Garlic  bread ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️餐前有蒜蓉包，法包配上蒜蓉醬，熱辣辣好脆，但要襯熱食，之後就變得好硬Premium  seafood  platter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️豐富既海鮮拼盤，有4隻蘇格蘭生蠔、4隻青口、厚切煙三文魚、2隻虎蝦，全部都好新鮮，生蠔偏細隻但夠肥美，淡淡海水味青口就真係細隻，煙三文魚夠厚，虎蝦都夠彈牙另外總有龍蝦沙律多士Lobster  bisque  cognac ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️最值得讚既龍蝦湯濃而不苦既龍蝦味，唔會太濃稠又唔會太稀，絕對好味過中環某星級扒房Beef  tenderloin  &  flathead  lobster  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️牛柳配龍蝦肉，5成熟既牛柳，唔會出哂血水同un，但唔算太重牛味，但點埋紅酒燒汁，好夾龍蝦肉都夠彈牙，唔錯Brussels sprouts  &  truffle  mashed  potatoes⭐️⭐️⭐️配菜係小椰菜同埋黑松露薯容，焗小椰菜出面西餐少見，但味道偏苦同硬，食唔到多而黑松露薯容好
