新陶園海鮮酒家流浮山正大街37號一年一度既父親節,加上政府啱啱公佈放寬咗限聚令,所以專登同屋企人入嚟流浮山食餐好嘅,今日超多人呀成條大街迫滿晒人,都未夠6點半黎到已經無晒車位啦,真係好誇張 但見到D餐廳食肆有返生意都開心嘅,大家黎過流浮山都知道個玩法,通常都係係出面既海鮮檔買料,再囉去附近既餐廳加工,今次我地都係揀返以前食開既<新陶園>,好彩有預早訂位咋,如果唔係應該都唔使旨意有有位坐低左之後就緊係即刻去揀海鮮啦,哈哈 鹽焗奄仔蟹---最鐘意既食法,焗完出黎熱辣辣好香,而且超級多羔呀,肥就肥啦一定要試呀西芹炒斑球---斑球大大舊好新鮮,而且肉又夠厚,口感一流,出面肯定食唔到呀 上湯焗龍蝦伊麵底--- 其實自己係鐘意食 芝士焗龍蝦多啲嘅,不過呢隻龍蝦仲識游水架,咁新鮮都係上湯煮啦,咁先可以保留龍蝦既原汁原味,最正 陳皮蒸鮑魚--- 超大隻鮑魚, 知道蒸鮑魚係時間上係要好有技巧, 餐廳整得啱啱好,唔會因為蒸耐左而太韌,亦唔會覺得唔夠熟,無得頂 酥炸生蠔 蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌仔 蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝
