流浮山食海鮮應該係任何一個香港人心目中都係代表了挂,但係貴係真貴,自帶海鮮加工費都會好貴,但係又值得去食既,一魚兩食,魚片炒西芹、炸魚,連骨都炸酥脆,好香口,聖子、膏蟹仔,唔大,但係好多膏,肥美,椒鹽鮮魷,勁大碟,好入味,呢個餸都好餸酒,通風餐閒中一次兩次好啦,龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦係細小小既,呢個就比較中規中矩啦。流浮山食海鮮除左貴之外,應該無咩大缺點,哈哈 continue reading

今次我就來講下我試過啲海鮮嘅真實招數。首先,啲上湯龍蝦伊面,湯頭鮮甜到彈牙,龍蝦肉滑嫩得嚟又保持住彈性,食落口感無得輸🦞!攞碟蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝嚟講吓,肉質爽口,蒜香粉絲吸晒海鮮精華,每啖都令人難以忘懷😋。至於啲炆鮮鮑,我要豎起大拇指👍。汁道完美轉化鮑魚嘅海味,滋味豐富,鮑魚腍滑有口感,不過我覺得鹹香再重啲就攞晒廿分。咪話我唔提提你,呢家店嘅蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌仔同炸生蠔,真係夠晒夠鑊氣添!蒸象拔蚌粉絲夠味,透着一股地道海味,而炸生蠔外皮炸到啱啱好,蠔肉入口即溶,鮮美得來又保持住彈性,一試難忘。整體嚟講,今次食海鮮嘅體驗真係好正!地道港式處理海鮮嘅手法,真係做到平民化之餘又唔失格調。我會再嚟呢家店嘅!🍽️ continue reading
