流浮山食海鮮應該係任何一個香港人心目中都係代表了挂,但係貴係真貴,自帶海鮮加工費都會好貴,但係又值得去食既,一魚兩食,魚片炒西芹、炸魚,連骨都炸酥脆,好香口,聖子、膏蟹仔,唔大,但係好多膏,肥美,椒鹽鮮魷,勁大碟,好入味,呢個餸都好餸酒,通風餐閒中一次兩次好啦,龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦係細小小既,呢個就比較中規中矩啦。流浮山食海鮮除左貴之外,應該無咩大缺點,哈哈

I love a good seafood feast and was told saikung and aberdeen are places for tourists. Locals come to lau fau shan. My friend recommended this restaurant and i'm so glad I tried !The crabs and lobsters were huge!!! Not only were they flavourful , even the meat had absorbed the seasoning, yet it wasn't overpowering as you can still taste the freshness of the crab and the lobster. The dessert was also very yummy. Loved the steamed coconut milk, it was sweet and smooth and a great end to the meal.

最先上枱的是炆斑頭腩,炆魚塊味道鮮美,魚肉亦夠大塊夠入味,連魚骨都有味,非常啱我這種喜歡啖啖魚肉的人。
再來粉絲蒸扇貝,扇貝肉大粒夠大隻又彈牙,薑蔥舖滿在扇貝上,把醬油汁淋在上面,讓粉絲吸滿了薑、蔥和扇貝的鮮味,滋味無比。
燒雞半隻隨著而來,始終是冰鮮雞的關係因此沒有什麼雞味,而雞亦不是燒的是油炸的,所以覺得水準麻麻。
豉椒炒蟶子豉椒味很濃,聖子肉亦不算少啖啖肉夠新鮮,而且炒得非常入味,紅紅綠綠賣亦相當討好,夠味之餘口感亦頗佳。
鹽焗奄仔蟹,蟹的個頭就略嫌細隻了一點 今次食的奄仔蟹可能不是最好時間,蟹的膏不多,但鹽焗的時間做恰到好處變了吃肉多過吃膏。
芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底伊麵分量十足, 六個人根本吃不完,需要打包走,就算是龍蝦一人吃半隻亦覺夠,西澳龍蝦個頭大隻蝦肉又彈牙,最可取的是吃落沒有苦口的感覺。
再來是一碟焗金蠔,上枱時已覺金蠔的外表有點黑黑的,賣相就不十分討好。而且蠔亦有點乾,入口咬落覺得蠔裙邊有點硬身,還好蠔内不似外表的乾且仍有肉汁,個人口感覺得金蠔的蜜糖有點多,相對減淡了蠔本身味。總觀今次是相當豐富和滿足口腹的一餐。

赤米配上獨門辣椒油豉油,食完就好似過年食瓜子一樣一粒又一粒

呢個星期食咗兩次,一次星期四,一次星期日。星期四嗰次真係煮得好,剛剛熟係最好味,而且有股香氣,係舊時酒家大厨嘅風味,好正,完全冇辜負到D海鲜。椒鹽瀨尿蝦 又香又鲜, 熱辣辣香噴噴 同炒嘅碎料又惹味。青島鮑魚 大大隻 好味,唔似大連鲍咁淋 有D似南非鮑。蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子蒸得剛剛好,滿口蟶子鲜甜,又易咬。白灼花螺,可以食到花螺原味,點甜醬食已經好好味。鹽焗奄仔蟹,焗得乾身熱辣辣。 不過我個人鍾意食肉蟹或者膏蟹多啲。但個海鲜濃魚湯就真係唔得, 一D都唔濃,又淨係得幾粒菜飄下飄下🤪是次外來海鲜$1120, 加工費$400。星期日再食,煮得都Ok嘅,但同上次有距離,都好嘅,但唔係好好嗰種。呢次要一提嘅係炸生蠔,買咗一條裝嘅流浮山生蠔,淡而冇味,係完全冇蠔味,唔知係蠔嘅問題定出水過龍嘅問題。呢次買咗大蟶子,花螺, 重皮蟹,大扇貝,生蠔,海蝦。海鮮來料$960,加工费$560。
