To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店食手打墨魚丸超好食!是我認為全港最好!$18一碗墨魚丸麵(有五粒墨魚丸),我吃完一次便愛上它>３＜沒有油的清湯底加上麵，點解墨魚丸可以咁彈牙但又咁無冰雪味又不是發了，而且又好．．．總之好食！面頭墨魚丸是否加了胡椒?好食過其他大排當d馳名墨魚丸la~之後索性買半公斤墨魚丸回家，好貴!$80一公斤!得40粒，點知回家煮不是那種味>.<why???總之要次次親自去食-_-魚彈一般，服務差,衛生差
