To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日十點半嚟飲茶,估不到人不多,等了十多分鐘便有位。三人飲茶不搭枱,座位闊落舒適。之前已光顧這間酒樓很多次,唯獨今次各個工作人員都十分有禮,‘‘請’’、‘‘多謝’’ 等禮貌說話常掛嘴邊,要人拿水拿茶也很快送上,餐具也比之前的光鮮。有進步,值得一讚。可惜點心尚有進步空間:交了點心紙,等了差不多十五分鐘才上菜;蝦餃和燒賣被稱為尊點,卻十分細小;蝦餃皮太厚,餡鮮味不足;燒賣的外皮破裂,冬菇搶了蝦的鮮味;叉燒酥外皮淋曬,好像焗完很久又蒸返熱似的;炸饅頭硬梆梆的,沒有瀝乾油份。
