To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初三的午後，於跑馬地 Classified 下午茶，我們坐於近門口位置，望著外面寧靜的街道，享受片刻的悠閒時光，想起早兩天忙於拜年的心情，實在需要抖抖氣，放鬆一下。

先點了熱咖啡醒醒神，幼滑香醇，只需加點糖，已將咖啡味道大大提升。

朋友點了鮮奶咖啡，說最愛這種濃厚幼滑的口感。

小吃點了黑松露薯條，新鮮即炸，熱哄哄的上桌，蘸上香氣誘人的黑松露醬，非常美味。

法式多士，兩片薄薄的多士烘得金黃酥脆，面層淋滿楓糖漿，配上新鮮香蕉片及香脆果仁，入口滲出暖暖肉桂香，多重口感，豐富滋味。

最愛 Classified 這種帶著一點庸懶的舒適氣氛，偶爾來放輕腳步，簡單喝杯咖啡，吃個甜點，消磨一個下午，實在是賞心樂事。
