There are quite a few Classifieds in Hong Kong. All of them have a similar menu and ingredients. The staff rotates from branch to branch every month or two.

Ingredients are almost always fresh, however, many of the cooks there are simply too lazy to make an otherwise decent dish.

Spaghetti with meatball is a old time classic. The taste is decent here but it is made with tangy herbs with the stems still attached. This forces the eater to pick them out from the dish (or worse if you missed one and put it in your mouth already.)

The meatball usually comes with some mystery as the meat and herbs are grounded up but usually not in a homogeneous nature.

The noodles are decent. Sauce is tangy but a bit short of in terms of quantity, making the dish a bit dry at times.

These are the little things that ruin an otherwise great dish. The saving grace is the ingredients, which is almost always fresh.

Service is acceptable, but the kitchen tends to be lazy and closes early (up to 30 minutes prior to posted last call).

After a couple visits this year to Classified in Repulse Bay, Happy Valley and Central, all I could say is that it remains a reasonably priced restaurant with decent food, but there are better options out there.

    But turned out to be way overcooked. I'd rather she didn't ask and it was overcooked then if she asked and the same result happens.

    Honestly speaking I don't blame chain restaurant for not being able to keep their standards consistent but that's part of the business so that's something they have to do. Quite disappointed this time. Will remind myself not to come back to this exact classified.

    it was just average and with traditional recipe, not  special,  The ham and sausage were nice ,  not so greasy nor too dry, the beans, the eggs  and the toast were acceptable.

    (Gammon ham, English muffin, Hollandaise sauce.)

    Muffin was fresh,  ham was tender.  Benedict Egg on top was perfect with a semi-liquid yolk.   Hollandaise sauce was smooth and creamy.  This dish would presented  better if they can add some green salad at the side.    We think the content were a bit simple as compare to the selling  price.

先點了熱咖啡醒醒神，幼滑香醇，只需加點糖，已將咖啡味道大大提升。

朋友點了鮮奶咖啡，說最愛這種濃厚幼滑的口感。

小吃點了黑松露薯條，新鮮即炸，熱哄哄的上桌，蘸上香氣誘人的黑松露醬，非常美味。

法式多士，兩片薄薄的多士烘得金黃酥脆，面層淋滿楓糖漿，配上新鮮香蕉片及香脆果仁，入口滲出暖暖肉桂香，多重口感，豐富滋味。

        The burger arrived and we started on the chips the taste was reminicent of those curly fries spicy and crunchy. The burger on the other hand was cooked well and was moist but lacked seasoning heck it was bland like white paper. The cheese didn't do anything much other than provide a different texture and the bacon was hard, not crispy.

        The coffee wasn't bitter at all, It had a nutty note to it at the end and the crema art was nicely done although they could've had a cleaner rim on the cup. For $34 it wasn't bad, but not perfect.

        Service was excellent but on the day I went it didn't seem to busy but the penne took around 30-45 mins (wasn't timing) by the time i was done with my meal my girlfriends had just arrived. It was unbelievable had to followup on the order and still waited another 15 mins. Ticked me off quite a bit, but not enough to prevent me from coming back.
