To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以銅鑼灣日本料理店來說, 這裏算是十分廉價, 主餐牌本身唔貴, 有很多選擇刺身、壽司 、拉麵、燒物等等,午市更唔需要加一, 所以都見不少學生哥幫襯餐廳環境乾淨,強調有嚴格的防疫措施菠蘿串燒($18), 菠蘿幾大片, 燒得唔錯,香甜多汁鹽燒雞中翼($25) 燒得香口綠茶冷麵($58) 配生鵪鶉蛋, 夏天食涼浸浸好開胃,不過不失叉燒拉麵($72),有數片薄身叉燒, 普普通通茶碗蒸($28) 味道都ok,不過和餐牌的照片有些許出入, 如果多啲配料會更開心
