To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先，餐廳嘅人真係好nice，餐飯食得好開心。一坐低就有包welcome我地，係homemade包，好好食。作為麵包控俾十分！order咗個晚餐，先嚟個湯，好濃厚，香濃得嚟唔會over咗，好似食緊野菌蓉多過湯，驚喜啊。驚喜一浪接一浪，個意粉超超超好食。原來個粉又係自家製，會唔會太有heart先？我講唔出點解手造意粉好食d，但事實放在眼前，真係好好食。廚師功架十足，只係dry tomato都好食到停唔到。雖然偏油少少，但我理唔到咁多，食啊。好似好威水嘅廚💕🤤，下似要再嚟。
