男朋友今日帶我去新餐廳原來係食omakase首先佢嘅裝修都好靚暗暗地咁都幾浪漫而都入面最搶眼嘅就係成過螢光黃色的酒櫃入面有超多款嘅清酒同威士忌由㕑師決定嘅晚餐就啱晒我呢啲選擇困難症嘅人再加上廚師會揀佢哋當晚最新鮮嘅食品而上菜咁樣就唔會點到啲中伏菜食咗幾款次山之後厚切油甘魚刺身最令我印象深刻油甘魚肥美鮮嫩而且好厚身大大件爽口彈牙另外一款料理就更加特別就係蟹肉米紙卷廚師會用上越南米紙見到佢先將米紙弄濕變軟跟住就會舖上新鮮的沙律菜最後再加上松菜蟹肉之後便包成米紙卷一食落口外表軟林林又煙銀的米紙皮包住爽脆的沙律菜再食落啲就係鮮甜無比嘅蟹肉一食落口就有三層唔同嘅口感同味道攻擊呢款fusion菜令人印象深刻木魚壽司亦都十分之好食通常木魚乾就食得多今次就食佢新鮮製成既壽司經過火炙過後的木魚外面有層焦香而且一燒過之後魚油立即滲出令到本身十分肥美嘅木魚添加左一份魚油香令到去鮮味更加昇華魷魚壽司師傅將將魷魚先界花之後再用火槍一燒即是令到界咗花嘅魷魚縮起咗但係食落口就唔會咁銀而且燒過之後嘅魷魚更加滲出震震海鮮甜味石垣貝之前係日本都食過一次石垣貝但係今次師傅處理得非常之好先將比較難咬嘅裙邊切去再將貝身界花弄成

就係蟹肉米紙卷
廚師會用上越南米紙

木魚壽司亦都十分之好食
通常木魚乾就食得多
今次就食佢新鮮製成既壽司
經過火炙過後的木魚
外面有層焦香
而且一燒過之後魚油立即滲出
令到本身十分肥美嘅木魚

師傅將將魷魚先界花

石垣貝
之前係日本都食過一次石垣貝
但係今次師傅處理得非常之好
先將比較難咬嘅裙邊切去
再將貝身界花弄成壽司
石垣貝爽脆而且有啲似象拔蚌的鮮甜味

廚師拍板最開心就真係
睇住廚師逐樣壽司慢慢咁上
見到廚師將每樣食品好似藝術品咁樣製造
真係睇嘅過程都已經流晒口水值回票價
