To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch同埋同事一齊去食。成間店都係吉位,但都要門口等位,因為冇乜人手,等咗一陣,侍應帶我哋入去入面近廚房嘅位置坐,用QR code自己落單。叫咗小食拼盤,松露薯條,蜆肉炒意粉同埋豬扒烏冬。小食拼盤有雞翼同埋雞塊有個芝士醬,味道普普通通。薯條配松露醬同埋茄汁,薯條係粗薯條熱辣辣,所以係好食喎。豬扒烏冬塊豬扒都幾大,湯底好淡普普通通。假新聞蜆肉炒意粉好乾身,味道少少鹹,唔算係好食好普通,份量比較少。環境係幾好嘅,不過食到中途,因為我個位係向住廚房望過去見到個着黑色衫應該係主廚或者廚房大佬之旅用口咬咗個調味樽,然後將調味樽入邊啲嘢倒落碟將要出俾客嘅送上面即時感到勁嘔心,已經食唔落。覺得佢個行為係慣咗,所以咁多人喺前好自然咁做咗呢個動作……我就唔會再返去食,你哋自己決定啦。

叫咗小食拼盤,松露薯條,蜆肉炒意粉同埋豬扒烏冬。
小食拼盤有雞翼同埋雞塊有個芝士醬,味道普普通通。
