通常嚐到的牛舌以燒製,由於,我們遲了點菜,加上燒牛舌供應有限,只好別作他選!

牛舌厚切約半吋厚,口感軟腍,放湯由頭到尾可保溫,
不同之處是食到尾,吸收更多面豉湯精華更入味,又未至於重口味!
