今日同老婆去半島酒店地庫食廚師發辦,老婆生完仔都未同佢好好慶祝慶祝同二人世界,於是就帶佢嚟食餐好啦!我預先預約定餐廳,入到去安排咗吧枱位置,可以近距離觀賞師傅嘅手藝我哋揀咗$980嘅午餐,有三個前菜,10件壽司,一件卷物,一碗湯同埋甜品前菜既水雲菜配北海道象拔蚌十分開胃,間八魚夠鮮甜,法國藍龍蝦茶碗蒸蝦味十足!10件壽司由淡味食到濃味,要推薦右口魚,油香十足,入口即融甜品亦都驚喜十足!時令既日本大嶺桃用來做甜品!甜品帶陣陣玫瑰香,有雪葩、乳酪、紅茶啫喱名桃肉組成!見到老婆食得好開心,我都好開心,呢一餐值回票價!
