To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港正宗葡萄牙菜唔多,大部份質素總被係澳門店舖拋離。近日朋友推介試依間,位於中環商廈上樓,裝潢葡國風嘅餐廳。門口外已有漁風裝飾、室內座位少且空間感大,令人感覺寧靜高檔。擺設舒適,充斥著海洋氣息及葡國菜風情,可以當女士日常或節日慶祝打卡之地。不過,服務態度有待改善。雖然唔係高級餐廳,但未到性價比可接受程度。食物方面 - 餐前酸種麵包︰麵包質地軟熟,外皮烘得微微脆口又唔會過硬,麵包中間帶有酸種發酵味。3款配包︰基本橄欖油;醃橄欖 (被挑選過嘅質素),酸咸度平均,欖肉脆口唔會醃到霉晒,比大部份西餐廳提供還要高質;自家製沙律?他他醬?少許沙律油香、微咸、再加入大量好似魚蓉質地,塗滿淡口麵包食,可以感受到廚師連配包醬都講究又有誠意。炸馬介休球︰香脆外層,炸粉做得薄身,油膩感唔重。內餡填滿馬介休蓉,魚蓉比想像中醃得淡口,唔似一般馬介休嘅重鹽咸味。豐富餡料食落舒服,適合用作前菜。葡式烤乳豬︰薄薄豬皮脆到似薯片,皮下又無脂肪,加上橙片果酸減低肥膩,更開胃。香濃鮮豬肉味,被烤後仍鮮嫩多汁、骨肉分離,淋到入口即化。利刀切落去嗦嗦聲,手感已經知有幾層質地。旁邊附上一小碟長米,口感煙韌,配食可以平衡烤豬鹽咸。

好滿足嘅一道主菜,可惜份量偏少只有4件,以價錢計算有點拉低CP值。

甜品 - 紅酒煮梨︰
一大個梨份量十足,建議同朋友分享,但都未必食得晒。果香清甜,被濃濃紅酒煮至微溫,軟身程度又係近乎唔使咬。
配上香草雪糕,冰火交融。其他伴碟仲有木糠碎、草莓粒、草莓醬及薄荷葉。全部都係增加食慾,減少甜膩嘅絕配。

總結︰
坐得舒服,氣氛唔錯,上菜速度快但未有趕客情況。
唯獨食物方面烤豬份量偏少,服務態度亦希望會改善,性價比屬中高級。
