To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們偶然會到位於中環及美麗華翠亨邨晩飯,一向水準不錯。今次與家人嘗試他們的午飯點心,可惜証實是不智選擇!首先,他們的點心及粉麵飯款式選擇很有限,無特色。其二,水準一般。我們品嘗點心款式有: 腐皮素鵝,叉燒包,蟠龍燒賣,紫菜百花賣,柚皮蒸排骨,生煎包,斑粒魚肚雜菜餃,蒸點碟碟都差唔多味,平平無奇。銀芽肉絲兩面黃炒麵,炒麵唔夠鬆脆,銀芽肉絲獻汁太厚。之後,我們點了燕窩蛋撻仔, 近$50一碟三件,其實我們對燕窩興趣不,但他們又沒有正常蛋撻。我們一吃便發覺蛋撻酥皮有異味,很羶,而且酥皮不是完全焗熟透。我們向經理反映,他一邊速速收回,一邊又解說酥皮是'外面交來','酥皮係用牛油造的',。我們提議他自己試一口,親自驗證,他不但沒有回應我們,更枉說致歉。一所都算老字號的食肆這麼不認真其所出食品,這麼不認真對客人,太失望了!
