To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Starter taste fine. Smoky egg good .叫左得獎名菜 「鶴湖蟹影」 唔知係咪趕住比第二檯order, 我都明白隻鶴要循環再用。 但點都估唔到佢喺我個碟度攞返隻青瓜走, 去再用過。 松子桂魚的松子有油億味原本叫小辣水煮牛肉, 點知嚟咗個超辣。 樓面好好人幫我攞返入廚房。 點知佢攞返嚟recycle 加啲水再烹過, 出返嚟淡而無味, 又冇乜牙菜。 服務OK但廚房真係又懶又差。唔知係唔係因為而家啲人黎親都淨係打邊爐所以廚房煮多啲都懶。十分失望
