話說今年行維園年宵見到廟街玉子燒有擺檔,本來想幫襯,但睇見條隊咁鬼長就嚇怕。上星期咁啱經過廟街,於是就過嚟食玉子燒。本來想叫個原味,哥哥話明太子或者蟹膏味多人揀,我怕明太子太鹹,於是就叫咗個蟹醬流心芝士玉子燒。原來呢度係有堂食,就係放張細細嘅 bar 櫈喺路邊當枱,一路食,隔離小販大叔就一路準備開檔,真係別有一番風味😆。講返件玉子燒,原來都唔細,亦頗厚身,塞滿咗成個透明膠盒。面頭除咗郁郁木魚絲之外,仲有沙律醬,賣相唔錯。咬一啖,即刻 feel 到入面熱辣辣嘅拉絲芝士同埋鮮甜嘅蟹膏,兩者出奇地夾,食食下仲發現原來中間隱藏咗一條蟹柳。餡料就好豐富喇,至於玉子本身亦燒得剛好,唔會太老,夠嫰滑,甜度也適中,總括嚟講,係我鍾意嘅味道🫶。

講返件玉子燒,原來都唔細,亦頗厚身,塞滿咗成個透明膠盒。面頭除咗郁郁木魚絲之外,仲有沙律醬,賣相唔錯。咬一啖,即刻 feel 到入面熱辣辣嘅拉絲芝士同埋鮮甜嘅蟹膏,兩者出奇地夾,食食下仲發現原來中間隱藏咗一條蟹柳。

餡料就好豐富喇,至於玉子本身亦燒得剛好,唔會太老,夠嫰滑,甜度也適中,總括嚟講,係我鍾意嘅味道🫶。
