To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我同呀妹都放假,去佐敦等媽咪收工一齊食越南野一入門口發現熟口熟面,原來幾年前都食過!我地叫左一客小食併盤,蟹肉炒飯同明爐蒸魚。先黎小食拼盤,賣相不錯 樣樣有啲適合一齊開心share最欣賞豬肉串燒有肉汁。炸春卷包生菜清新香脆。蟹肉蒸蛋同蒸果都值得一試我最中意既明爐蒸魚,魚肉好白夠新鮮。啲湯先係重點非常香胃怕酸嘅朋友可以早啲夾走啲青檸另外蟹肉炒飯都ok香口,三人total食左三百幾。
