To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有吃上海菜了,今日去開天后,看見這上海菜館,上海弄堂菜肉餛飩之前於灣仔分店吃過,覺得不錯,便入坐了。餐廳面積不大,有種懷舊的味道。下午兩點幾入坐率達八成。看見師傅在包餛飩。食上海菜,又點少得小籠包,趁熱食就最好味喇,肉味濃郁,蘸上薑醋,另人食指大動。食的時候,小心湯汁燙親咀呀。炒年糕熱辣辣端上,煙韌軟糯,很好味。餛飩咁岀名,點可以唔試呢!我們點了酸辣湯餛飩,餛飩餡料足,每粒脹卜卜,又酸又辣,很醒胃呀,有很多木耳絲,肉絲,冬菇絲,口感很正。凍上,雞肉嫩滑入味,酒味香濃。膽膽麵幼身爽口,不算太辣,有香花生醬味今天比較熱,又因為食辣,流左好多汗,如果冷氣大一點會好好多
