To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前假日時很喜歡間中到歌賦街走走，這裡隱藏了不少隱世小店，很多間也幫襯過了，唯獨是這間上海館一直也未有機會試試，終於今天與朋友經過附近想吃個下午茶，便提議入內試試。看見午市優惠的餐牌，心想一定已經過了午餐時段，誰不知原來十一點半至下午五點也有午市優惠供應，於是便點了花雕醉雞菜飯。醉雞味道不衝不嗆酒味清香，雞肉也很嫩滑，唯獨是菜飯水份多了少少造成過爛，有點美中不足。酸辣湯用上鮮美酸辣並陳的湯頭，非常開胃。上海炒年糕，這個年糕很不錯，味道剛剛好，又不會太油膩, 而且我很喜歡年糕的厚度，吃起來煙韌非常。吃飽後，心思思想吃個甜品，最後敵不過甜點的誘惑最終也點了客荳沙鍋餅，上枱時接騰騰的，裡面的荳沙餡甜得來不會覺得腻，而且皮薄香脆。
