To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工後,晚上無所事事走到銅鑼灣,打算隨便地逛一下就吃個便飯再行年宵。在銅鑼灣,既不想吃得十分高檔,又不想是但地吃,於是上開飯喇找一下靈態。滬菜,我和另一半都經常嚐試。是次就找到了這間上海弄堂菜肉餛飩。弄堂 (衖堂),是上海一種基於里弄類建築的城市社區,指城市中某一成片街巷內的居民所組成的社區,也稱「里弄」,是上海的特色文化。順道學習一下上海文化。餐紙上說明了一下弄堂的意思,亦很有自信地闡明上海弄堂是品嚐上海家庭小菜的好地方。那確實要試一下。我們點了1人套餐、另加砂窩餛飩雞及脆皮素鵝。∪ 1.1人套餐 (鎮江肴肉、無鍚排骨、菜飯), $88鎮江肴肉,起源自江蘇鎮江。肴肉嫣紅嫩凍,咬落十分嚼勁,而且不黏牙,沒有一絲肥膩感。無錫排骨,是江蘇無錫傳統名菜。這裡亦煮得挺好,骨頭入味,鹹中帶醬汁的淡淡香甜。菜飯則保持一向水準,不過略嫌不夠熱度。∪ 2.砂窩餛飩雞, $99砂鍋餛飩雞是中國傳純上海菜,以原隻雞加上上海餛飩及小棠菜等材料而煮成,盛載於砂鍋之內。砂窩餛飩雞熬出來的湯呈奶白色,可以一邊吃材料一邊飲熱湯,頗有鮮味。而且雞件亦弄得很稔甜,不會過老。整份砂窩餛飩雞十分足料,亦有數粒大餛飩,這

砂鍋餛飩雞是中國傳純上海菜,以原隻雞加上上海餛飩及小棠菜等材料而煮成,盛載於砂鍋之內。砂窩餛飩雞熬出來的湯呈奶白色,可以一邊吃材料一邊飲熱湯,頗有鮮味。而且雞件亦弄得很稔甜,不會過老。整份砂窩餛飩雞十分足料,亦有數粒大餛飩,這個價錢個人認為是相當值的。

∪ 3.脆皮素鵝, $59
素燒鵝亦是上海名菜之一,我都是第一次在香港吃的。素鵝是用腐皮、冬菇、冬筍作材料,疊摺、裹炸,製成形似葷食的燒鵝,弄堂炮製得酥香可口,口味濃郁。酥皮咬下卜卜脆的,對於年青的我肯定是沒問題的,但對於比較年老的,不知會不會太過脆口呢?
