To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

巷弄之間有間上海弄堂，貼切。今次試咗一人套餐以及一個散叫嘅砂鍋雲吞雞前菜䏌肉，有d似中式火腿，中間夾雜d啫喱狀嘅脂肪。凍食嘅前菜，一人餐都有兩舊。獅子頭菜飯獅子頭嘅湯濃香到不得了！濃香甜到極致！濃到化咗入去！最鐘意食獅子頭(我稱為大肉丸)😂😂😂😂😂好白痴嘅名但好貼切菜飯用湯煮出黎，偏濕軟之餘好襯獅子頭。令本身唔太餓嘅我，都搶住食d飯！一粒肉丸要配一碗飯先夠喉！獅子頭下面嘅小棠菜吸晒d汁，痴線，本身已經好新鮮鮮甜，撞埋獅子頭嘅汁不得了啊！砂鍋雲吞雞好大煲。砂鍋想定成個湯都keep住好熱好熱。吞有幾舊，雞湯十分之濃香鮮甜完全唔會油膩。雞件好大舊都係切件係煲雞湯入邊，應該我估有半隻雞咁多？每一件都係後設好大件連皮上嘅都斬得幾靚。
